The Blue Oyster (Pleurotus Ostreatus) mushroom is vigorous and extremely versatile. They have a much longer shelf life than some of the other oyster mushrooms. We offer both Warm Blue and Cold Blue Oysters.

Important Note: To fully take advantage of beneficial nutrients it is important to alway cook mushrooms to at least 140 degrees fahrenheit.  This also deactivates any heat sensitive toxins.
